Compassion Collection Agency is a third party collection agency.   We work with you to collect on those past due accounts. 

Compassion Collection Agency was formed for the sole purpose to work accounts earlier, when they are easier to collect. We provide services that will help you avoid the high cost of the traditional collection agencies and better handle your past due accounts.  We are consistent with all accounts regardless of balance or age of account.

            · 90 days = 26% are not recoverable

            · 120 days = 35% are not recoverable

            · 6 months = 70% are unrecoverable

            · 1 year = not worth the paper they are printed on

We offer the following services:

            · mailing of your monthly statements at 30 days

            · make reminder phone calls at 40 days

            · handle all delinquent accounts as they age, not when they are already 6 months old

            · issue promissory notes (as needed)

            · help with small claims court cases (if warranted), we can also serve lawsuit papers for you
